Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
"The Program" is a volunteer-run service of the St.Lawrence Toastmasters Club (Montréal), intended for its members and guests. By using it, you accept these terms.
The service
The application publishes the club's meeting program, lets signed-in members take roles, and sends the club's program emails. Viewing the program is public; role sign-up and the directory are reserved for members.
Your account
Sign-in uses a Google account. You are responsible for the use of your account and for the information you enter (speech titles, sign-ups). The VP Education may adjust sign-ups according to club rules (role rotation, progression, fairness): that is the normal operation of the program.
Acceptable use
The service is for club activity only. Using it to harvest member data, post unrelated content, or attempt to access others' data is prohibited. The club may withdraw access in case of abuse.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided "as is", free of charge, by volunteers, with no guarantee of availability or accuracy. The club and its volunteers cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service. A meeting's official program remains the one announced in the room.
Ownership and trademarks
Site content belongs to the club. "Toastmasters International" and related marks belong to Toastmasters International; the St.Lawrence club is a duly chartered club.
Changes and contact
These terms may change; the update date appears at the top. They are governed by the laws applicable in Québec, Canada. Questions: toastmastersmontreal.com or reply to any program email. See also our privacy policy.
